    Logistics Administrative Support Location:
    London, United Kingdom (2-3 days per week in office)


    Position Type:
    Full-time

    We are in search of an enthusiastic and dedicated Logistics Support Operative that will contribute to an exciting chapter of our growth ambitions.

    This is a key role that involves handling of our import processes and support in developing new practices.

    We are looking for a motivated and organised self-starter that is not afraid of doing data entries on a day-to-day basis, but also eager to support the department.


    Help support the day-to-day practices of landing stock in our warehouse.
    Take ownership of data entries and landing stock correctly.
    Plan and track inbound shipments, ensuring accurate documentation, compliance with customs regulations, and timely delivery.
    Point of liaison between Suppliers and BI Teams for process changes, escalations, communications etc.
    Responsible for inventory validation in local warehouse and ensuring inventory data is correct in warehouses.

    Efficient at processing admin and data

    Some Logistics/Wine experience would be beneficial, but not a must have for the right candidate or someone who wants to join at entry level and is eager to learn.

    You will be working with a highly experienced and driven team were, alongside your day-to-day activities, you will be providing support where required.
