- Encouraging residents to maintain their well-being and independence through the effective delivery of housing support services that are tailored to meet individual needs and organisational objectives
- Providing administrative support including producing letter/notices, recording data, raising purchase orders, invoice management and support resales
- Confident in engaging and communicating with internal and external contractors.
- Ensuring compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements for housing services
- Experience of working with vulnerable residents and a good understanding of the key needs and services available to residents
- Experience of good practice for resident involvement practices
- Ability to organise and prioritise multiple workloads effectively
- Excellent communication and customer care skills both face to face and via telephone concerning a range of queries/complaints, offering advice and guidance
- A good working knowledge of handling confidential and sensitive information
- Experience of using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- A full valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle is required as travelling to other sites may be required
- 25 days annual leave (rising to a maximum of 30 days) plus public holidays (pro rata)
