    We are currently seeking

    highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Residential Agency Team in Kensington & Mayfair as a Tenancy Manager . In these roles, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing various aspects of the tenancy process, focusing on providing exceptional service to landlords and tenants.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and compile rental contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage lettings paperwork and correspondence, while maintaining effective communication with landlords and tenants.
  • Upload and manage tenancy details on our operating system, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data.
  • Organize check-in and check-out procedures, including safety certificate coordination.
  • Conduct due diligence checks on landlords and tenants, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Perform tenant referencing and immigration checks, adhering to relevant regulations.
  • Manage deposit registrations and coordinate deposit releases at the end of tenancies.
  • Liaise with property management teams on tenancy-related issues and coordinate necessary actions.
  • Facilitate change of occupants and ensure smooth transitions between tenancies.
  • Handle invoicing processes related to tenancy management.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients and colleagues to enhance collaboration and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist team members with IT-related matters and provide guidance as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Stay updated on industry news and trends, continually expanding knowledge in the field.
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to risk management, conducting client due diligence and referencing appropriately.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to new Tenancy Managers, sharing experiences and knowledge.

    • Tenancy Manager Requirements:

  • ARLA qualified or equivalent certification in residential property management.
  • Proactive in seeking new projects and initiatives to contribute to team success.
  • Confident in expressing opinions and suggestions, contributing to effective decision-making process.
  • Understanding of multiple approaches to tasks, demonstrating a holistic perspective.
  • Demonstrates a willingness to adapt responses to meet the specific needs of clients.
  • Takes initiative in coaching and guiding new Tenancy Managers, sharing experience and knowledge.
