    Office Support Coordinator

    Aboutyou:

    You enjoy working with people, and arealways happy to lend a hand where needed. Comfortable working in apretty fast changing environment, you are happy to grow into the roleas the company grows. Working well under some pressure, youve gotexperience in keeping lines of communication open about timelines andworkload. With excellent experience in supporting higher levelmembers of staff, you will be very comfortable speaking with allstaff including directors/owners.

    Whatwill I spend my day doing at Noriker?

    • Youll work closely with the OfficeManager to support across various areas of the business
    • Alongside the office manager, youllwork with Directors and Senior Leadership to offer administrativesupport
    • Assisting the HR Director withHR/People administration
    • Help your colleagues and seniors withdiary management including organising meetings and arrangingappointments
    • Assist with the preparation of boardpacks and monthly reporting
    • Ensure administration systems arekept up to date and remain easy to use
    • Helping various projects to draftpresentations from information provided to you
    • Help the Office Manager to ensure thesmooth and efficient running of Board/Senior Management meetings,for instance drafting agendas and action plans, and recordingminutes
    • General duties in the office,environment management, travel management, events and socialarrangements

    • Previous office administrativeexperience is key here
    • If you've ever been a PA or EA,that would be ideal
    • You're be a great communicator,both verbal and written
    • You are great at task prioritisation,and can manage your time well
    • As a results driven, self-motivatedperson with a Can Do attitude, you will be motivated byknowing you've had a job well done
    • You're reliable and resourceful,and most importantly enjoy what you do
