    Client Director for Growth

    Position Description

    We are seeking a Client Director focused on growth to join our team in London, with business development responsibilities for acquiring new clients across commercial and/or public sector accounts in the Greater London Region.

    Your future duties and responsibilities:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new prospects and clients in the Greater London Region.
    • Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure for new business.
    • Collaborate with internal teams for go-to-market strategies in assigned territories/sectors.
    • Ensure service quality aligns with client commitments.
    • Foster team development in line with client needs.
    • Recruit, assign, and support team member career growth.


    Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

    You should have experience in IT managed services and consultancy, with a track record in growing business and managing client relationships in sectors such as Healthcare, Local Government, Higher Education, Transport and Logistics, or Retail in the Greater London Region. Previous roles in Business Development or Account Management are essential, along with skills in presenting to various stakeholders, analytical thinking, problem-solving, team leadership, and achieving business growth.
