    Description

    WCS Group is seeking a talented and motivated Bid and Admin Support Executive to join our team. In this role, you will provide support to our bid management and administration functions. You will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects and contribute to the success of the company. This is a Hybrid role, 3x days from GL2 2AQ & 2x days from home - this will change to 3x days from home after 3 months service.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist with the preparation of bids and proposals, including conducting research, gathering information, and coordinating inputs from various teams
    • Manage the bid submission process, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and submitted on time
    • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to gather required information and documents for bid submissions
    • Maintain and update bid documentation, templates, and databases
    • Provide administrative support to the bid team, including organising meetings, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars
    • Assist with Sales Desk administration.

    Requirements

    • Understand the Bid and Tender lifecycle
    • Understand how corporate organisations operate
    • Have previous experience in supporting a Bid Manager/ Bid function
    • Have strong attention to detail
    • Possess strong level of IT and MS Word/ Excel skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Flexibility and willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed
