    Job Description

    We are looking for a content enthusiast who loves planning and implementing campaigns based upon amazing content. You are happiest when developing investigative, contextual copy that speaks to well thought out personas and targeted audiences. Unleash has some of the very best speakers and influencers and you will be drawing out the parts of their output that really connects with senior HR people. You will use your content throughout our social media channels, ensuring that your awesome copy is supported by equally amazing creative assets.

    You will also use your copy to engage our media partners and support our Head of Event Marketing with the PR program. You will be delivering emails, digital copy, adverts and assets that drive attendance for UNLEASH events as well as delivering value to the partner through their association with us. We can't wait for you to take our media partner and PR program and set it alight with your content, communication and management.

    We have a goldmine of content resource, and it is there to be turbocharged. You will have access to fantastic speakers and their thoughts. People like Sir Bob Geldoff, Erin Meyer, Peter Hinssen and Esther Perell to name a few. You will build out our social media content strategy and then you will bring this strategy to life. You will be drawn in by our mission to help organizations revolutionize the workplace and UNLEASH their people.

    Qualifications

    You must have:

    • 3-5 years' experience managing a social media program (especially through LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube)
    • A track record of delivering results though social media
    • An understanding of investigative content generation
    • An ability to write fluently in English
    • An ability to work to tight deadlines
    • A knowledge of conferences and exhibitions
    • A knowledge of salesforce, a social media scheduling tool (preferably buffer)
    • Experience in tracking all engagement through UTMs
    • A desire to always improve
    • A passport

    It would be nice to have:

    • Experience of managing a media partner program for an event
    • Experience of conducting global campaigns
    • French as a second language (this would be an added bonus)
