    The HICA Group has a new opportunity for dedicated and focused individual to join our housekeeping team at Prospect House based in Goole on a casual basis

    If you are a King or Queen of clean, come and be a part of our Housekeeping dream team

    The company is unable to sponsor the employment of international workers in this role. You will be required to provide evidence of your right to work in the UK.

    Pay & Hours:

    • £11.50 per hour
    • Casual, with a minimum average of 24 hours weekly
    • Working to a rota covering 7 days per week (every other weekend)
    • Uniform provided
    • Company induction, training and ongoing development

    The Role:

    As a Housekeeper, you will ensure the cleanliness of the home is to the highest standard, ordering and storing of cleaning products and taking responsibility to minimise the risk of infection within the home. You will promote and encourage service user's privacy and personal space and keep records up to date and factual.

    About you:

    • Working towards or holds a relevant NVQ in Basic Food Hygiene and an NVQ or relevant in Cleaning.
    • Previous experience of Domestic work.
    • Able to interact with residents professionally and respectfully
    • Able to organise and manage workload and prioritise duties.

    Located on the fringes of Goole, Prospect House warmly welcomes adults with learning and physical disabilities into our nurturing environment. Our home comprises two self-contained flats and inviting residential rooms, designed to provide comfort and security. With a focus on community, we've developed four unique residential hubs, supported by our dedicated team of staff. We have developed a collaborative approach which allows us to deliver personalised care consistently, fostering genuine connections between individuals and our team. At Prospect House, every individual receives the care, support, and encouragement they truly deserve, empowering them to thrive.

    The successful candidate will be required to undertake an Enhanced DBS check.
