    Planna is a startup offering an intelligent productivity platform for homeowners.

    We're on the lookout for a part-time Digital Growth Marketer/Growth Hacker with a deep passion for data-driven growth and a proficiency in utilizing a broad spectrum of digital marketing tools.

    This role offers the potential to evolve into a full-time position for the right candidate.

    Craft and manage dynamic digital marketing campaigns, focusing on influencer engagement and online advertising, to boost user acquisition and retention.


    • Analyse user behaviour and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Ahrefs, and Hotjar.
    • Leverage insights from data analytics to enhance email marketing campaigns and optimise conversion rates.
    • Collaborate with the executive team to finetune strategies based on indepth data analysis and the impact of various campaigns.

    A solid track record in digital marketing or growth hacking, evidenced by a portfolio of successful user engagement and acquisition campaigns.


    • Expertise in data analytics and proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Mailchimp, and knowledge of SEO/content marketing tools.
    • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and convert insights into actionable growth strategies.
    • A creative and experimental approach to testing new growth tactics.
    • Excellent communication skills for efficient teamwork and independent project management.
    • Preference for local candidates.
