- Prepare and maintain sales documentation, including quotes, contracts, and sales reports
- Collaborate with sales representatives to follow up on leads and track sales activities in CRM
- Managing the process of orders and shipments for new machines.

- Check data accuracy in orders and invoices while processing
- Communicate important feedback from customers internally Marketing:
- Develop marketing campaigns and initiatives including the creation and distribution of marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and email campaigns
- Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling posts, and engaging with followers
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
- Maintain CRM database by updating customer information, tracking interactions, and generating reports for sales and marketing analysis
- Assist in managing customer communications, including email campaigns, newsletters, and promotional materials
- Coordinate with sales team members to ensure timely follow-up and resolution of customer inquiries and requests
- Provide general administrative support to the sales and marketing teams, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing office supplies
- Assist in organizing and coordinating events, trade shows, and other marketing activities
- Help maintain marketing collateral inventory and ensure materials are up-to-date and readily available.
- Provide support to other departments when needed
- Previous experience in a sales or marketing support role is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software
- Knowledge of social media platforms and experience in managing social media accounts is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment
