    Dynapac UK Ltd is searching for a Sales and marketing support specialist. You will be based in Rugby, England, and report directly to the General Manager Dynapac UK Ltd.

    The main responsibilities for the Marketing Support Specialist are:

    We are seeking a dynamic and organized Sales and Marketing Support Specialist to join our team. The Sales and Marketing Support Specialist will play a vital role in providing administrative assistance to the sales team, as well as working on marketing initiatives, contributing to the overall success of our sales and marketing initiatives.

    Mission/Job duties:

    Assist the sales team in managing customer inquiries, providing product information, and coordinating sales appointments

    Sales support:

  • Prepare and maintain sales documentation, including quotes, contracts, and sales reports
  • Collaborate with sales representatives to follow up on leads and track sales activities in CRM
  • Managing the process of orders and shipments for new machines.
  • Track stock levels respond to stock requirements enquires
  • Check data accuracy in orders and invoices while processing
  • Communicate important feedback from customers internally
  • Marketing:
  • Develop marketing campaigns and initiatives including the creation and distribution of marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and email campaigns
  • Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling posts, and engaging with followers
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
  • Maintain CRM database by updating customer information, tracking interactions, and generating reports for sales and marketing analysis
  • Assist in managing customer communications, including email campaigns, newsletters, and promotional materials
  • Coordinate with sales team members to ensure timely follow-up and resolution of customer inquiries and requests
  • Administrative tasks:

  • Provide general administrative support to the sales and marketing teams, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing office supplies
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating events, trade shows, and other marketing activities
  • Help maintain marketing collateral inventory and ensure materials are up-to-date and readily available.
  • Provide support to other departments when needed
  • About you

    Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a sales or marketing support role is advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and experience in managing social media accounts is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
  • Personal requirements
