    Description

    THE COMPANY:
    Our client is a leading trading platform that is ambitiously expanding their Business. They are looking to hire a CASS Controls Officer on a permanent basis.


    THE RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Support the design and development of the UK entity CASS control frameworkAssist in the development and maintenance of a strong culture of controlsWork with the CASS Officer to maintain the CASS documentation and policiesAssist in drafting analytical papersAssist in the preparation of monthly MI reportsPreparation of CASS MI reportingAssist in the preparation and review of FCA regulatory returnsInvitee to the CASS CommitteeOther ad hoc duties as required

    EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

    A minimum of 2-4 years' experience in a CASS officer/associate role within financial services, preferably within a CFD and Spread Betting firmExpert understanding of the CASS regulations and the wider regulatory landscapeStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent attention to detailStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently as well as part of a teamA degree educated in a relevant subject is preferred but not essential.
