    Description
    Inclusive Consulting is excited to be partnering with our investment management client during their search for an enterprising Bespoke Developer to join their team in central London
    In this role, you will be driving continuous improvement of the company's app and technical systems through identifying bugs within the code and fixing them with updates strategically scheduled to minimise inconvenience. You will also collect information regarding ease of use and continuously improve the user experience.
    Reporting to the Development Manager, you will identify areas for development in the company's processes and research third party solutions to ensure the firm is keeping up with best practice in technology, and work with them to implement new systems if necessary.
    This role would suit a degree educated individual, who is experienced at working with different coding languages, and is confident in presenting technical information to senior individuals in an understandable manner.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Designing and implementing solutions for any identified functionality gaps in company processes
    • Working with third parties to help integrate their systems with the firm's already existing ones
    • Maintaining good software development practices including keeping up to date documentation
    • Carrying out regular communication to stake holders on the progress of development activities
    • Researching new technologies, methodologies, and software development best practices
    • Proactively exploring and presenting potential opportunities new technologies could offer for the firm

    Key Attributes
    • Educated to degree level in a Computer Science related subject
    • Knowledge of coding languages (e.g. C#, Python, React, Angular)
    • Experience of CI/CD technologies
    • Communication skills, specifically laying out complicated technical issues to a non-technical audience
    • Excellent forward planning skills
