    Who we're looking for

    We're searching for an experienced Project Manager to join our award-winning creative agency, guiding the delivery of creative assets, coordinating business stakeholders in order to deliver projects to plan.

    You will be a digital native and understand the needs of our client base, you'll directly build and oversee relationships with our clients, ensuring realtime comms throughout the creative delivery process.

    The objective of the role

    • Own your client portfolio, you will be on top of what each client stakeholder is trying to achieve, nurturing your relationships into partnerships, and ensuring we drive positive outcomes
    • Track & guide project delivery using appropriate tools, you will liaise with business stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of creative projects month to month, in line with client expectations and objectives
    • Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
    • Evaluate and assess the results of projects, and suggest improvements accordingly

    Daily and monthly responsibilities

    • Lead and coordinate the successful delivery of creative projects across multiple client accounts, ensuring timely and budget-compliant project completion.
    • Collaborate closely with department managers to optimise resource management within the creative delivery schedule, proactively updating them on project scope and progress to enable effective planning and utilisation of team capacities.
    • Engage in effective communication and collaboration with creative departments to identify and address potential project risks and issues, implementing effective mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
    • Constantly monitor and report on the progress of the project to all stakeholders
    • Develop meaningful & influential relationships with key clients. Managing and strengthening client relationships, and identifying areas of growth
    • Day to day account and client relationship management on key accounts. Maintaining realtime comms throughout the delivery process on Slack
    • Project planning and account delivery. Liaising with the paid social, creative strategy and creative delivery teams to ensure client expectations are met
    • Overseeing various stages of a project's life cycle
    • Identify new business and up-sell and cross sell opportunities, aiming to grow the monthly revenue of the client over time
    • Take ownership of client retention for your assigned clients, ensuring that client engagement is high and needs are met month to month
    • Liaise with the client daily via Slack to ensure they are informed throughout the creative production process
    • Support the creative team to execute the creative & strategic vision
    • Liaise with the prod-ops department to ensure that shoots are planned in full, including retrieving products from our warehouse

    What you'll be bringing to the team

    • At least 1 year experience in a project management role or similar, ideally within an creative agency
    • Comfortable talking to high-profile clients & internal teams, even when a difficult conversation is needed
    • A strong creative eye and strategic mindset
    • Strong organisational and time management skills.
    • The ability to communicate clearly and effectively whilst maintaining a positive and professional demeanour
    • Good understanding of digital marketing & social media
    • Intense attention to detail and ability to problem solve whilst under pressure
    • Ability to work at a high level on your own or within a team
    • Proficiency in using communication and project management tools (ideally Slack and )
