    Description

    We are seeking an Insolvency Partner to join our well-established US law firm legal team, providing top-tier advice on a range of insolvency matters (both contentious and non-contentious). This position requires an experienced lawyer in Insolvency & Corporate restructuring and with a proven track record and a strong focus on client service.

    Description

    • Manage a portfolio of insolvency cases
    • Provide expert advice to clients on a range of insolvency matters
    • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a comprehensive service is provided
    • Keep abreast of developments in insolvency law and share insights with the team
    • Contribute to the strategic direction of the legal department
    • Develop and maintain strong client relationships
    • Actively participate in business development activities
    • Uphold the firm's commitment to excellence in client service

    Profile

    A successful Insolvency Partner should have:
