    The Programme Lead, you'll spearhead strategic change and integration programs, prioritising seamless mobilisation and future service delivery.

    Working with a prestigious client at their office in Canary Wharf, as the Programme Lead, your role involves managing stakeholders across Senior ISS management and other Programme Workstream Leads.

    Working closely with the London Key Account Director, General Manager and service line operational leads, you'll ensure effective collaboration and alignment of objectives.

    Additionally, you'll represent ISS in key stakeholder meetings, meticulously managing operational, commercial, and reputational risks to ensure they are appropriately mitigated.


    Note:
    With proven experience in Facilities Management, as Programme Lead you will coordinate and conduct the orchestra. You will represent ISS at meetings with the Client, Principal Contractor and Managing Agent. Provide input to the planning and scheduling of the overarching Programme, e.g. conducting impact assessments for managing changes to the Programme timelines, ensuring key dependencies and challenges are identified
    Represent ISS in key stakeholder meetings, ensuring any exposure for ISS to operational, commercial, and reputational risks closely managed and suitably mitigated
    Implementation of the ISS governance framework
    Planning, creation and delivery of mobilisation plans by providing oversight and leadership for the timely roll out of service delivery and experiences in new spaces
    Manage commercial activities to obtain approval for new and enhanced service requirements

    Proven Programme / Project Management experience in the FM industry
    Experience in mobilisation/transformation role for a high-profile client
    Good level of communication & networking skills
    Competent in using suite of MS applications, including Excel, PowerPoint and Projects.
