Role and ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for an Personal Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our company's senior-level managers.
Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalised and timely support to executive members.The main responsibilities are as follows:
Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners.
Manage executives' calendars and set up meetings.
Managing personal correspondences.
Make travel and accommodation arrangements.
Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly, or quarterly reports.
Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory.
Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports.
Take minutes during meetings.
Ad-Hoc administrative tasks as and when required.
Assisting with a variety of special projects as directed.
To assist the delivery team with positioning Live Group on events where needed.
About you Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise work effectively.
Proficient in using al MS office products ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive).Attention to detail with good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Professional demeanour with the ability to interest effectively with executives, clients, and colleagues.Be aligned with Live Group values.
Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to take initiative.
Communicate and collaborate well with colleagues and clients.
Excellent interpersonal skills including person, telephone, and email, confident and professional when interacting with clients.
