    Description

    Family Care are excited to be looking for a Marketing Manager who will be responsible for developing the Fostering Marketing strategy to increase the number of Foster Carers. You will be able to develop and lead diverse marketing and communication activities from traditional to digital marketing and social media, with responsibility for the entire marketing role including designing and implementing marketing strategies.

    This role is an initially a work from home-based role 3 days a week, but there will be an expectation of some time in the office.

    Responsibilities:

    · Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan aligned with the fostering agency and wider group's objectives.

    · Conduct keyword research to identify relevant topics and high-traffic keywords related to fostering.

    · Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.

    · Create and deliver innovative marketing campaigns to achieve Family Care Fostering's recruitment goals.

    · Manage brand identity, corporate image, and the organization's website to maintain a positive brand image.

    · Coordinate the planning and execution of events to raise community awareness and engagement.

    · Organize participation in relevant conferences, job fairs, workshops, and community events.

    · Ensure website content is up-to-date, accurate, and reflective of the organization's latest information.

    · Commit to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people, adhering to relevant policies and regulations.

    Requirements:

    · Qualification in Marketing CIM or related field (essential).

    · Previous experience of traditional and digital Marketing.

    · Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

    · Experience and working knowledge of regulation and statute applicable to Fostering and Residential Childrens homes.

    · Willingness to work in a flexible way

    · PPC advertising knowledge and excellent IT skills
