    Meddbase is an online digital healthcare framework which has been designed and developed by Medical Management Systems Ltd.

    In 2004, we created a comprehensive healthcare web-application that runs all aspects of a medical practice, from GP practices up to large hospitals groups.

    Our product enables single and multiple location private medical practices to connect securely to their data from any location worldwide.

    The business is thriving and we are proudly the leading online medical management system on the UK market.

    An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Operations team as an Application Training Manager (ATM).

    The ATM will work alongside the wider Operations team consisting of Client Success, Support, Solution Engineering, Account Management and Project Management to provide increased value to our clients.


    The ATM is responsible for delivering training to a wide variety of Meddbase users, both internally and externally. Application training aims to ensure all users are confident in configuring and using the Meddbase application.

    In addition to delivering training virtually and in-person, the successful applicant will maintain the Meddbase knowledgebase and training video repository.

    We are looking for someone with previous experience in software training ideally at a B2B software company in healthcare.

    This role presents an exciting opportunity to be part of and help shape the future of our business.

    Provide structured virtual and in-person training to a variety of stakeholders including system administrators, superusers, administrator and clinical end users and internal members of staff.

    Delivering bespoke, ad-hoc training for Meddbase users focussed on client needs and workflows.

    Liaising with internal stakeholders including QA, solutions engineers, project managers, account managers and the product team to ensure training remains relevant and accurate.

    Creating and maintaining knowledgebase articles detailing system functionality, configuration options and example workflows.
    Creating structured training videos using screen capture software and recording voiceover narration.
    Problem solve and contribute to building solutions to client issues and requirements.

    Experience in software training explaining complex topics and ensuring learner understanding.
    Knowledge of the private and occupational healthcare sector is helpful.
    Experience using TechSmith Camtasia software.

    A minimum of 1 years of experience in a training/teaching role preferably in the healthcare industry using SaaS software.

    Ability to 'think on your feet', problem-solve and adjust training in real-time to meet an audience's needs.
    Tailoring training content to meet the needs of different audiences.

    • Ability to work autonomously whilst reporting to direct management as required, including reporting on key training statistics including client satisfaction.

    Our London office is located minutes from Fenchurch Street Station, whilst our Southampton office is minutes from Southampton Central Station.

    Both offices have excellent bike storage and shower facilities.
