    Why this Role Exists:

  • To assist the editorial team with content creation and publishing process
  • To help keep editorial quality on site.

    • What the Role Covers:

  • Providing administrative assistance to the editorial team
  • Providing desk research for editorial materials.
  • Writing content for brand hub/ content hub.
  • Working with the Editorial team to align the monthly publishing plan.

    • Reporting and Communication Structure

  • Reports to the Copy Editor/Managing Editor

    • Responsibilities

  • Helping with editorial administrative tasks
  • Produce articles based on the requests
  • Helping the editorial team in fact-checking articles or conducting research to produce articles
  • Assisting and supporting the editorial team perform basic editing tasks
  • Participate in discussions with the editorial team on creating topics, content ideas, and strategies
  • Writing and editing copy for projects that are related to editorial
  • Perform article optimization and administration for editorial purposes
  • Serve as liaisons between freelance writers with the editorial team or other departments in Greenpark

    • Performance review and personal development

    By the Editor based on:

  • Maintain a good relationship with the internal or external team (clients)
  • Editorial outputs and deadlines being met each month
  • Quality of content is kept to an exceptionally high standard
  • Effectively executing the content strategy to meet business needs, as well as brand needs
  • Initiative and good working ethic.
