    Description
    Sharpsmart Finance team is expanding, we have anew vacancy for a Billing Analyst to join the team.

    The BillingAnalyst will be responsible for coordinating with Sharpsmartdepartments to ensure all sales and orders are accurately billed for,setting clients up for billing, issuing invoices, and ensuringinvoices correspond with balance sheet reports.

    A high degree ofaccuracy and keen eye for detail are essential to the success of thisrole.


    Your role willinvolve:
    Review unbilled billing to check processed weightsand service charges are in line with contract
    Working withplant admin teams to ensure ticket entries are correct and timelyroute closures
    Processing weekly invoices for ad hoc servicesand monthly
    Working with sales ledger to resolve invoicequeries and credit control
    Assisting with customer reporting
    Submitting rebate reports for frameworks
    Submittinginvoices on relevant customer portals
    Ensuring purchaseorders are correct for service contracts
    Assisting withrevenue forecasting & reporting


    Skills and experience:
    Minimal AATqualification or equivalent.
    Qualification in accounting,finance, or a related field or ACA, ACCA, CIMA is preferred.
    A strong understanding of accounting principles andprocedures.
    Experience with billing and invoicing software.
    Intermediate Excel skills
    Excellent problem-solvingand analytical skills.
    Strong attention to detail.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    Driving license and willingness to travel on occasion
