    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role as an Operations Manager, Home Automation at REDWOOD TECHNOLOGIES. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of the home automation division. This includes coordinating with installation teams, ensuring timely project completion, managing inventory and supplies, and maintaining quality standards. The Operations Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing operational strategies to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
    Qualifications

  • Expertise in audio, video, and home technologies
  • Experience in managing operations in the home automation industry
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Knowledge of smart home systems such as Audio Video, Home Theater, Lighting Control, Video Surveillance, Home Networking, Intrusion Detection, and Energy Management
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and quality assurance
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
