    Job Description

    We are currently recruiting for a Transition Specialist to manage and influence the delivery of our global ONEISS Transition Process Model (TPM) to operationalise our UK contracts.

    Key Responsibilities


    •To manage the rollout of account specific programmes, projects and/or workstreams for new, retention or growth contracts, working within our Bid to Operations framework.

    •To manage the team to ensure robust governance and utilisation of the ISS Transition Process Model (TPM) Framework to be consistently delivered for every project.

    •To update and implement our TPM project plan based on the customer and ISS requirements to deliver against the agreed strategic and tactical objectives.

    •To assign the required resource based on the needs of each specific project to manage the delivery of day-to-day activities in accordance with the project plan.

    •To maintain all programme and/or project documentation and coordinate the collation of relevant project / workstream documentation to support and evidence overall delivery.

    •To manage the successful hand-over from transition to operations and customer receiving organisation.

    •To manage the successful closure of the programme / project and ensure lessons learned are captured, communicated and implemented through best practice.

    Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications


    •The job holder should have been educated to at least degree level or appropriate professional accreditation (PMP, Prince2 Practitioner or equivalent).

    •Minimum five years proven Programme or Project Management experience, preferably in the FM industry.

    •Experienced in the use of Programme and Project Management tools such as MS Project, or equivalent.

    •Demonstrable understanding of commercial contracts.

    •Proven ability to build successful stakeholder relationships, manage their expectations and act as a trusted source of advice.

    •Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

    •Computer literate (MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint).
