- Lead and mentor a team of planning professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide expert advice.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure the consultancy remains at the forefront of planning excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate planning considerations into overall project plans.
- Full membership of the RTPI.
- Proven experience in a senior planning role, preferably within a consultancy environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of planning regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- 25 days annual leave excluding Bank Holidays.
- Flexible working.
