    Senior Estate Manager
    Permanent
    Fulltime (36 hours)
    Are you looking for your next opportunity in Estate management.

    this is the prefect role for you as a Senior Estate Manager, this post in one of the busy Area Housing Teams, located in the Department of Housing and Regeneration.

    You will be responsible to manage and regularly supervise your team of five Estate Managers as well as taking the lead on more complex leasehold, tenancy and anti-social behaviour cases.

    You will be responsible for the management of a team providing effective and efficient provision of a housing management and repairs service within a defined geographical area of the borough.

    You must have extensive experience of tenancy and leasehold management and a good understanding of current legislation within a social housing setting along with the ability to manage staff.
