    The Bank Staff Educator role offers up to £13.50 per hour and is fully flexible, meaning you can pick up shifts whenever you want to. Many of our bank staff go on to join us on a permanent basis, so this would be an option for you in the future if you choose.

    Welcome to the heart of Kido, where passion, ambition, and people are at the core of everything we do As a Qualified Early Years Educator you'll be more than just an educator; you'll be an ambassador for our values, and a gatekeeper for our vibrant culture.

    Your primary focus will be creating a safe and inspiring learning environment where every child thrives. You'll be a team player ensuring that you and your team meet the unique needs of each child, collaborating with the team to organise and execute engaging activities that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) standards for child learning and development. An ability to effectively communicate with parents, children and colleagues will set you apart and aid us in delivering the best experience possible.

    You'll be an integral part of setting the stage for curiosity and exploration, utilising both indoor and outdoor spaces. With a hands-on approach and with great attention to detail, you'll deliver exceptional experiences throughout the children's learning journeys within our nursery.

    What we're looking for

    For the Qualified Bank Staff Educator role, it is essential that you hold a relevant childcare qualification, level 2 minimum. Level 2 qualifications in Maths and English including functional skills are also a must if you obtained a Level 3 qualification after 2014.
