    About the Opportunity

    We are actively seeking a dedicated volunteer to join our Events Team as the Head of Events. We are seeking an individual who can lead and drive the planning and promotion of a diverse array of events , with a focus on social media events, partnership events, and other events as designated. If you have a passion for event coordination, community engagement, and creating memorable experiences, we invite you to take on this pivotal role.

    • Work closely with marketing teams to develop impactful promotional campaigns aimed at maximizing event attendance and increasing company visibility.
    • Coordinate the strategic planning and execution of diverse events across our social media platforms, ensuring alignment with company goals and audience engagement.
    • Manage and oversee events across various categories, including social media events, partnership events, and events as assigned.
    • Conduct thorough evaluations after each event, gathering feedback and insights to enhance future planning and execution
    • Provide leadership to the Events Team, fostering a collaborative and creative environment for successful event coordination.

    Requirements

    • Enthusiasm for event coordination, community engagement, and creating impactful experiences.
    • Strong organizational and project management skills.
    • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
    • Familiarity with social media platforms for event promotion.
    • Ability to work independently, remotely and as part of a team.

    Duration

    • 3 months (60 days)
    • Part-time (can render at least 2 to 3 hours per day)
    • Remote

    Acquired Work Experience and Skills:

    • Developed skills in planning, organizing, and executing events.
    • Proficient in creating impactful promotional campaigns.
    • Demonstrated strategic planning skills for events alignment.
    • Collected and utilized feedback for continuous improvement.
    • Cultivated leadership skills and fostered a positive team environment.
    • Enhanced communication skills for effective engagement

    Once a satisfactory outcome is delivered, we will:

    • Provide a testimonial against your profile on SkilledUp Life.
    • Provide a testimonial for LinkedIn that can also be added to your CV/Resume.
    • Allow you to add SkilledUp Life Company Name to your LinkedIn Profile.
