    Sales Enablement Director

    £70,000- £75,000

    Fully remote/hybrid – work from anywhere

    What you'll be doing...

    As a Sales Enablement Director, you'll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by empowering sales team with the resources and support they need to excel. You'll oversee developing and implementing strategies, tools, and processes that enhance sales effectiveness and efficiency. Your leadership will ensure alignment between sales and marketing efforts, ultimately contributing to the success of the events and the satisfaction of clients.

    You'll be working and improving sales tech (ie Salesforce), standardising proposals, creating GTM collateral, overseeing vendor data, ensuring demand generation teams are following the plan, and working with senior management team on creating strategy.

    • It will be imperative that you are able to establish and read key metrics (KPI's) to track your sales team. Data analyse will be something you will be very familiar with doing and exploring ways in which you can recommend improvements.
    • Training the team will also be an integral part of this role, so it is essential you have experience in training delivery I previous roles.
