    Job Description Are you a problem solver with great communication skills? Our client is looking for someone to assume the Customer Success Manager role and make a solid impact within the company to help it grow in a positive direction.


    Our client is changing the archaic way Construction Planning has been previously managed in the industry and continues to revolutionise project planning and looking ahead.

    Regardless of project size, their platform instantly tracks and monitors data, reports on activity and progress and analyses project failings and improvements.

    Our client prides themselves on removing the glass ceiling and will support your personal and professional growth to the top.

    In this Customer Success Manager role, you will proactively onboard, activate and grow the impact of our client's platform on construction projects, as well as help to shape and improve the following outcomes:
    Set up and deployment across major infrastructure projects or contractors for maximum impact
    Observing project health then testing and drawing up playbooks to positively impact it
    Manufacturing and maintaining relationships at ground level to support account renewal and growth.
