    Description


    We are delighted to partner exclusively with a long-standing client of White Horse Employment in their search for an HR generalist to support as a Senior HR Advisor.

    Working within manufacturing, the role is to join an established and busy HR function and offer advisory support to the wider business.

    Collaborating with key stakeholders across the different sites, you'll contribute by ensuring the smooth running of the people initiative, advising people managers, employees and stakeholders alike on best practice and strategic initiatives, alongside supporting numerous projects.

    This role is a varied generalist role, with the right person being comfortable completing administrative duties alongside advisory.

    You will assist HR Business Partners in delivering strategic regional initiatives whilst ensuring compliance with local legislation and operating standards.

    The successful applicant will posses the following skills and attributes:
    Experience in a HR advisor roleAble to plan and prioritise your workload and cases.

    Up to date employment law knowledgeCIPD qualified- part or fullFull UK driving license and access to own transportDeveloping HR processes, procedures and policiesExperience of coaching managersExperience of a multi-site environmentWork on own initiative, requiring minimal supervisionForge relationships with a wide-range of stakeholders and adapt personal style as appropriateExcellent listening, questioning, persuading and influencing skillsLead by example and demonstrate actions and behaviors required of othersHybrid working is available, ideally we would look to find someone who is happy in the office four days per week.
