    Description

    Our client is a family-owned and operated development company based in the rapidly expanding Surrey, B.They specialize in constructing architecturally unique developments that help to beautify the landscape of emerging neighborhoods, in addition to providing convenient living in prime locations to our residents.

    Since 1992, they have gained a reputation of strong work ethic, quality construction and fair dealings — a reputation that they plan to maintain for years to come.

    They are looking to add a Project Manager to their growing team.
    Deliver construction projects on time, and to budget
    Manage and resolve any issues with project
    Prepare Project Budgets and forecasted total project costs
    Oversee Site Superintendents, Project Estimators, and Project Coordinator
    Monitor progress and ensure a high standard of accuracy and quality with projects
    Accountable for managing multiple facets of the project, simultaneously, and of varying scope
    Schedule the project with general contractors, consultants, suppliers, vendors, and service providers to ensure project milestone agree with company expectations
    Consistent follow up with contractors, consultants, vendors, and service providers on all project related action items
    5+ years of experience in the construction industry as a Project Manager
    ~ Experience with mass timber projects, concrete, underground
    ~ Her experience recruiting and training hundreds of corporate employees nationally at all levels has made her well-versed in how to assess talent under tight timelines.
