    Our client base ranges from banks and financial institutions to insurance and asset management companies, as well as corporations, government institutions and professional services firms.

    This role is responsible for managing the full sales lifecycle process of a client account base and growing our client relationships into long-term strategic partnerships.

    Drive strategic engagement and commercial relationships in key customers

    • Find new opportunities through strategic projects to scale against core customers
    • Connect customer into Moody's: most senior relationship leader and escalation point, who makes connections to address opportunities, resolve issues, and lead the engagement
    • Leverage deep insight into the Banking sector to uncover opportunity and risk for customer and translate into strategic or tactical execution
    • Maintain a strong discipline with regards to building pipeline, forecasting, and reporting to management
    • Represent company at industry and company sponsored events, as required.
    • Position requires travel.
    Bachelors' degree in Finance, Economics or related area required.

    • A Moody's employee at this level would typically have 7+ years' experience in a sales role within a software/services organization with a successful track record in sales, preferably selling to Financial Institutions.
    • Understanding of how Financial Institutions leverage credit research, quantitative models and fundamental data to support a variety of risk assessment processes.
    • Strong presentation and negotiation skills as well as outstanding client relationship management experience.
    • Strong communication skills, both oral and written, in-person and virtual.
    • Creative problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose issues and develop solutions.
