    Job Summary:

    As a Product Manager, you will play a key role in driving the success of their products from ideation to market launch. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure the delivery of high-quality products that meet customer needs and business objectives. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the public sector landscape.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with company goals.
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
    • Define and prioritise product features based on customer feedback, market demands, and business priorities.

    Product Development:

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and specifications.
    • Manage the product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring on-time delivery and within budget.
    • Work closely with engineering teams to prioritise and iterate on features through agile development methodologies.
    • Develop and execute go-to-market plans for product launches, including positioning, messaging, and sales enablement.
    • Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling marketing materials, product documentation, and sales collateral.
    • Monitor and analyse product performance, gathering feedback for continuous improvement.

    Delivery:

    • Manage end-to-end product development, from planning to execution and launch.
    • Prioritise the product backlog based on customer, commercial, and strategic value.
    • Collaborate with the agile delivery manager on how the team is performing and how to improve the delivery performance.
    • Participate in agile ceremonies and support the team by providing details on what is being prioritised and why.

    Stakeholder Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including executive leadership, development teams, marketing, and sales.
    • Act as a liaison between different departments to ensure a unified and collaborative approach to product development and delivery.

    About You:

    • An experienced professional with a track record of successful product management, utilising best practice tools and techniques.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.
    • Familiarity with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
    • Familiar with Agile working practices.
