    We are seeking a Training & Development Specialist who can infuse our learning solutions with vitality, innovation, and practicality for our site teams.

    You will drive the creation and implementation of new training programs for our site teams to enhance student-centric practices and elevate team skills. Additionally, you will be pivotal in designing exciting career paths for our teams and providing training opportunities to support their growth.

    Key Role Responsibilities:

    • Identify and address skills gaps through tailored training interventions aligned with business and L&D strategies
    • Focus on training for Site teams including Customer Service, systems, and technical roles utilizing a mix of online and face-to-face methods
    • Lead the delivery of training initiatives at all levels
    • Collaborate with subject matter experts throughout iQ to ensure top-notch training delivery
    • Evaluate training programs and team skills to drive continuous improvement
    • Optimize our Virtual Learning Environment through our LMS
    • Develop and enhance training materials and program content
    • Understand diverse learning styles to tailor solutions effectively
    • Utilize L&D Management Information to produce reports and assess ROI

    Experience & Skills:

    • Experience in managing L&D projects within broader program rollouts
    • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop feasible solutions
    • Proficiency in digital and online training, with a grasp of blended learning theory
    • Skilled in facilitating learning sessions

    We operate under a hybrid working model with 2/3 days in our London Bridge office
