    Are you ready to take the reins of a dynamic sales organization and drive unprecedented growth across the EMEA region? Absorb Software, a leading player in the SaaS industry, is seeking a visionary leader for the role of VP, EMEA Sales. As the VP, you will spearhead our sales efforts, leading a talented teams to new heights of success while revolutionizing the customer experience.

    • Lead and oversee sales activities in the EMEA region, in an inbound lead and primarily virtual selling environment.
    • Lead a team of Enterprise AE's and SMB Manager (direct reports) and SMB AE's (indirect reports).
    • Consistently achieve new logo bookings targets, driving the company towards its objectives on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
    • Mentor sales teams to improve sales skills, win new customer accounts, articulate the unique value proposition of Absorb, and negotiate favorable pricing and terms by emphasizing impact, value, and return on investment.
    • Hire, onboard, upskill, performance manage, and retain a dynamic sales force, ensuring a strong team that aligns with organizational goals and values.
    • Inspire, empower, and coach team members, fostering motivation while aligning business and revenue objectives with strategic growth initiatives.
    • Provide comprehensive training on sales process and sales skills to new hires, ensuring clarity of expectations and offering robust support.
    • Foster collaboration among teams, working closely with Proposals, Global Sales Leadership, Solutions Engineering, Client Services, Product, Legal, and Marketing departments to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
    • Assess current sales process and, along with regional team and Global Sales Leadership team, evaluate and introduce region-specific changes, if necessary or helpful to improve performance;
    • Assess viability of new sales strategies and tactics (e.g. outside sales) in EMEA;

    What you'll bring:

    • Demonstrated 5-7+ years of proven success in building and leading high-performing sales teams within a SaaS organization.
    • 5+ years of direct experience in software sales, illustrating proficiency in navigating complex sales cycles.
    • Experience working for a North America-based organization.
    • Demonstrated expertise in value-based selling and/or consultative sales methodologies.
    • Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and influencing abilities, fostering robust external partnerships and cultivating collaboration within the organization.
    • Strong track record as a coach and mentor, driving the professional growth and success of team members.
    • Ability to hire, retain, inspire, and grow a passionate and customer-focused Sales team who are successful at engaging with high-level client leadership teams.
    • Adeptness in business planning and a meticulous approach to measuring progress, identifying obstacles, and devising effective solutions.
    • Polished and professional demeanor, complemented by outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills tailored for executive-level audiences.
