    Integrado/a dentro de la dirección de Surfactantes dentro del negocio de la química, la persona incorporada será responsable de promocionar la venta de productos, promoviendo las ventas de estos en su ámbito de responsabilidad (cartera de clientes o área geográfica) para la consecución de los objetivos del plan de ventas establecido, cumpliendo las directrices de su superior jerárquico y las normas generales de la empresa.


    Entre tus funciones principales:
    Mantener y cuidar la relación con los clientes proporcionando una interlocución consistente y de calidad.

    Coordinar todas las interacciones con el cliente desde distintas áreas de la empresa (Asistencia Técnica, Supply Chain, Financiero, Sostenibilidad, Tutela de Producto...), manteniendo una visión completa de sus necesidades y la relación con el mismo (relación 360o).

    Negociar las condiciones de venta dentro de su cartera de clientes siguiendo las premisas marcadas por su responsable. Formalización de contratos.

    Definir los planes de desarrollo y estrategias de negociación con cada uno de los clientes asignados conforme a los criterios establecidos por las Direcciones de Marketing y de Negocio, siguiendo las instrucciones de su superior jerárquico y la Dirección Comercial.

    Conocer el mercado de los productos químicos de Cepsa en su área geográfica o segmento de clientes asignado. Realización de estudios de mercado cuando sean requeridos.
    Captar y fidelizar nuevos clientes conforme a las indicaciones establecidas desde la Dirección Comercial.

    Mantener la información de la cartera de clientes en los sistemas de la Compañía (incluyendo CRM), así como las correspondientes previsiones de ventas (volúmenes y precios).

    Colaborar con la Dirección Comercial en la elaboración y actualización del Plan de Ventas, Presupuesto y Plan Estratégico Comercial.

    Colaborar con la Dirección Comercial en el desarrollo de proyectos.
    Proponer líneas de crédito para la cartera de clientes asignada y asesorar al responsable de su aprobación.

    Vigilar el comportamiento de pagos de los clientes, participando en el proceso de reclamación de los mismos según los criterios establecidos por la Compañía.

    Titulación Universitaria en Administración y Dirección de Empresas, Economía, Ingeniería o similares.
    Nivel muy alto y fluido en inglés. Valorable francés.
    Disponibilidad para viajar 30% del tiempo a nivel internacional.

    Conocimientos del paquete Office a nivel usuario y experiencia en manejo de CRM para desarrollar la comunicación con clientes y empresa.

    Capacidad de trabajar de forma autónoma, de interlocución y análisis y capacidad para asumir responsabilidades.
    Experiencia previa mínima de 6 años en puestos comerciales, valorándose conocimientos del mercado químico/surfactantes.
