We are thrilled to be supporting an established business, committed to excellence, innovation, and fostering a culture of collaboration. We are looking for an enthusiastic Management Accountant to join their growing, supportive finance team.

As a Management Accountant you will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyse financial performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive informed decision-making.

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and ambitious individual to contribute to the success of a dynamic organisation.

This role comes with an annual salary of up to £35,000.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports, and ad-hoc analysis for senior management and external stakeholders
Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance evaluation.
Monitor and analyse financial performance against key metrics, identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in financial reporting and analysis.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal controls, providing recommendations for improvement where necessary

Candidate Qualifications and Skills:
Previous experience producing Management Accountants, with a strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and meeting specified deadlines.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
