    Associate/Senior TenancyRenewals Consultant

    Hours: Monday- Friday 40hrs (hybrid after settling in period)

    Location: Tower Bridge

    Salary: Competitive (Basic salary + bonus + attractive benefits)

    Established for over 200 years, Chestertons is a successful London-based estate agency with over 30 branches across the capital.     We are looking for an exceptional Renewals negotiator to join our profitable team in effectively negotiating renewals and change of occupancies. The ideal candidate will have high attention to detail, an enthusiasm for the London lettings market and will have a track record of providing excellent customer service.

    Main duties:

    • Negotiating terms between the parties for replacement Tenants, Renewals and providing the relevant advice
    • Build and maintain strong and effective working relationships with our lettings teams
    • Adhere to department minimum standards relating to time management, workload and file accuracy
    • Progressing replacement tenancies and Renewals in a timely manner ensuring documentation is produced to a high standard and completed within required time frames
    • Maintain and develop relevant compliance and legislative knowledge
