    Service Team Manager

    As a Service Team Manager at Xylem UK, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliable delivery of high-quality service to our customers.

    With 24/7 responsibility for the management of Service and Rental functions in your designated area, you will lead, develop, and performance manage a specialist team.

    This role involves collaboration with various teams, financial management, and a focus on customer satisfaction and safety.
    Lead and develop the Service team, fostering a positive work environment.
    Ensure compliance with Xylem policies and procedures, with a strong focus on Health and Safety.
    Manage fleet operations, ensuring vehicles are well-equipped, operated safely, and properly maintained.
    Support employees in effectively using the ServiceMax system.
    Deputize for the Area Manager and other Service Managers when required.
    Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably within a service-oriented industry.
    Strong financial management skills, with a track record of meeting targets.
    Experience in optimizing resource utilization and managing customer accounts.
