    The Procurement Co-Ordinator supports the fleet procurement function for CAPEX applications and management, disposals operations and development of procurement data management.

    Work with the data analysis teams providing detailed reports on subjects requestedProvide administrate support to wider Fleet Procurement team including diary management and logistical planningWork with other Biffa departments, attending meetings and providing updates on Capex and ordering workflow, required information, or issuing completed informationSupport Fleet Procurement with the delivery of client rollout programs reporting time management, cost and activityReview, create and manage departmental reports inclusive of time keeping, finance and administration managementBenchmark data for supply management activitiesParticipate in spend categorisation and support with contract negotiationsOur essential requirementsPrevious experience within a Procurement functionConfident with all Microsoft Applications including Excel and PowerPointConfident with the ability to communicate effectively at all levelsBiffa - we're changing the way people think about wasteAt Biffa, we love working with waste.
