    Our client is a prestigious agency who works with high-profile celebrity, arts, and culture clients. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a confident and experienced Account Director to join their collaborative team working with some of the UK's leading culture brands.

    This is a hybrid role, with 3 days working remotely and 2 days in their Central London office. Our client offers 23 days holiday + an additional 2-week closure between Christmas & New Year, a monthly culture club, culture subscription/membership of your choice, a flexible summer hours policy, regular cultural events, and fantastic training opportunities.

    As Account Director, you will be responsible for managing key client accounts and ensuring the delivery of engaging and innovative PR campaigns and events. You will also use your public relations expertise to secure effective media placements across print, online, and broadcast platforms.

    Utilising your strong leadership skills you will manage a talented team, overseeing PR/communications campaign work, supporting career development, and offering support and guidance.

    As the main contact for a diverse range of arts & culture clients, a proactive approach to developing strong client relationships and intuitively managing client communications will be a key aspect of your role. Ultimately, in this exciting Account Director role you will provide excellent service delivery.

    Using your creative, client focused mindset, you will share maintain relationships with key media contacts in the arts and culture industry and contribute to new business generation.

    • Proven experience of managing client relationships
    • Experience in PR campaign development and execution
    • Brilliant knowledge of the UK media landscape & contacts

    • Exceptional networking and communication skills
    • Flexible & adaptable with a positive growth mindset
