Unite and Create is a leading creative agency specializing in internal communications and brand marketing. Our diverse services include video production, animation, design, digital marketing, and event production. Role Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Marketing Manager with a growth mindset to join our team at Unite and Create. The ideal candidate will play a key role in scaling our business, achieving annual growth objectives, and raising awareness of our services within the industry. You will be responsible for delivering marketing initiatives, engaging with our community, and driving new opportunities into the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the marketing plan for the Unite and Create brand.

• Co-ordinate all marketing activities to generate leads across content, events, and communications.

• Promote our core offering and service lines to through innovative marketing strategies and campaigns.

• Take ownership of marketing activities related to the Unite and Create.

• Manage the brand presence and reputation of the company founders, ensuring alignment with company values and objectives.

• Report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and provide regular updates on leads and sources.

• Manage social media content and calendar.

• Ensure the marketing budget is on track and provide regular updates to the founders.

• Maintain a robust and accurate CRM database of all contacts and optimize automation where required.

• Analyze monthly community statistics and propose ideas to improve engagement and content.

• Source and distribute prizes, gifts, and marketing items to prospects, clients, and team members.

• Collaborate with the team on various projects and initiatives as needed.

Key Requirements:

• 3 years or more of experience in marketing, event organization, or community management.

• Experience in the agency, marketing, media, or related space.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Entrepreneurial mindset is a plus.

• Self-starter with exceptional organizational skills and IT proficiency.

• Willingness to travel to events and meetings around the UK.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Ways of Working and Benefits:

• Hybrid and flexible working arrangements with travel required for team gatherings, events, and industry functions.

• Salary dependent on experience (£35,000 - £40,000).
