    What You'll Do:


    Participate in the organisation of show-roomsCoordinate timely receipt and organisation of samples – in and outCoordinate sample shipment between head office and showroomsMaintain the daily update of Synergy system for sample shipmentSupport maintenance of collection overviewSupport on market preparationsSupport with proto shipments between HQ and development officesSupport Merchandising Team during set up of collection overview and internal selling documentsCoordination of seasonal sample photographySystems MaintenanceSet up and daily maintenance of collection offer and sample launch in the internal product management system (PLM) & Excel Line listSet up and seasonal maintenance of collection on online selling platform JOORElaboration of Market studiesPrepare analysis of competition in terms of prices, offer, structure of collection etc.

    Reporting and Sales AnalysisPrepare weekly & monthly reports (Sales, Sell thrus, Best & Slow Sellers) for department review and global distributionFollow up on ProductionSupport of Merchandising team in managing leather approval process ensuring it is carried out in timely fashionAssist with the smooth running of the departmentSet up and organise weekly and seasonal meetingsMaintain the department calendar up to dateMaintain samples organisedMaintain PLM up to date with all changes communicated from productionCommunicate any collection updates to relevant audience ( Marketing & PR, CS, Retail Team, Design team)

    From time to time you may be required to assist the VP of Merchandising with other areas of merchandising, booking travels and expensesYou'll Need to Have:
    Relevant degree or 1 to 2 years' experienceHighly organised with an ability to prioritise effectivelyMust have a strong attention to detail and demonstrate accountabilitySystems savvy and data maintenance drivenCommercial: analytical, detail conscious, problem solver, planner, organised thinkerTeam skills: good team player, able to work well as part of a team as well as independently, approachable

    Personal:
    able to work under pressure, deadline and delivery driven.
    Strong Excel & PowerPoint skills.
