    Technical Manager – EV Charging

    Fully Remote

    Net Zero Evolution are delighted to be working exclusively with a brand spanking new UK Electric Vehicle Charge Point Operator. Having launched in 2023 our client has had immediate success and have already onboarded marketing support and administration to supplement the work that the co-founders and sales staff are carrying out.     Your New Role

    As Technical Manager for this innovative CPO your medium to long term objective would be to become the Operations / Technical Director. Initially though, you would be handling EVERYTHING related to the installation of charge points including site surveys, technical assessments, supplier quality checks and project management. Important to note that you would also be responsible for physically installing the charge points for the first 9 – 12 months until you make your first hire.

    Your Background

    The ideal Technical Manager will ideally have experience of carrying out site surveys, installing DC charge points and navigating the DNO process. You will currently hold your 18th Edition and a driving license and be available to travel nationwide as and when required. It's also beneficial to be familiar with a variety of charge point manufacturers giving you extensive knowledge in rectifying common faults that can arise when commissioning charge points.

    For the right Technical Manager our client will offer you a salary of around £50K + a bonus, a car AND EQUITY You will be given the opportunity to join the business in it's infancy as the first member of the technical team and will be responsible for growing the team and eventually becoming a director.
