    About therole

    We are seeking adedicated and customerfocused call centre representative to joinour team. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiriesassisting customers with booking surveys services and providingexcellent customer service. Your ability to communicate effectivelymanage customer inquiries and efficiently handle booking processeswill be crucial to the success of our Call Centreoperations.

    Responsibilitiesfor the roleinclude:

    • Answercustomer Inquiries resolve issues provide solutions to ensurecustomer satisfaction in a professional and courteousmanner.
    • Assist customers with bookingappointments reservations or services based on theirrequirements.
    • Provide customers withinformation about our company products andservices.
    • Stay up to date with product/ servicechanges promotions and updates to provide accurate information tocustomers.
    • Efficiently manage and maintainbooking schedules using the companys booking software ortools.
    • Coordinate with internal departments toensure smooth and timely execution ofbookings.
    • Escalate complex problems tosupervisors or managers whennecessary.
    • Maintaining accurate customerrecords in our CRMsystem.

    Full training willbe provided at the AiraAcademy However the following skills andexperiences would be beneficial to thisrole;

    • Skills using basiccomputer applications.
    • Excellent communicationskills.
    • Excellent problem solving and decisionmaking abilities.
    • Ability to work well in ateam environment as well asindividually.
    • Ability to multitask manage timeeffectively and work in a fastpacedenvironment.
    • Strong problemsolvingskills.
    • Flexibility to work various shiftsincluding evening weekends and holidays.
