- Experience of working in an analytical role and/or working within a Reward or HR function

Reward Analyst - United Kingdom - Rotork plc
Description
This varied position you will play a key role the development of Rotork's Global Reward Agenda, being involved in all areas of Reward including compensation and benefits across 30 countries.
Working with the Reward Manager, you'll provide the analytical support needed to enable great decisions, to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of our cyclical Reward processes, and to provide first line pay and benefits support to our HR team and wider colleagues.
As part of our wider Growth+ strategy, you'll also support the delivery of all upcoming Reward projects and the roll out of associated change to the business within a global context.
This position would suit someone from either an Analytical/Data Science background, or someone with experience in an HR or Reward function. Either way, you'll be passionate about Reward, data, and process improvement, looking for a varied role with opportunities for development long term.
