    At KFH we are looking for a contractor manager to join our Lettings Property Management team in Wimbledon.

    Are you a great manager of third party contractors and projects? Experienced in a similar role within the property management sector? Do you have experience in forming and developing great relationships with customers and colleagues? Having a good working knowledge of excel is essential for this position. We're looking for an individual that can collaborate with others, share their knowledge and skills.     You will report into our Head of Lettings Management.

    Responsibilities of a contractor manager include:

    • Ensure that all contractors engaged by the Lettings Property Management team adhere to the KFH Contractor Agreement and are registered with Safe Contractor or Property Mark
    • Verify legal certification, including Public Liability Insurance, and ensure that all necessary documentation meets compliance standards for contractors
    • Identify and engage new contractors as needed, fostering ongoing relationships to ensure a reliable network of service providers
    • Assist Lettings Property Managers in addressing complaints against contractors, analysing recurring issues, and implementing proactive measures to minimise future occasions
    • Maintain an up-to-date database of overdue invoices and provide support to resolve any queries promptly
    • Regularly report on invoicing status to the Head of Lettings Management and conduct monthly debt meetings with Senior Team Leaders and Property Managers
