Description
We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Lead to come and define strategies and execute innovative digital marketing campaigns to drive growth and build brand awareness.
If you are someone who enjoys the challenge or strategic problem solving to find efficient and effective solutions for digital marketing delivery, then this could be the role for you.
This role will involve taking lead in the delivery of full mix digital marketing campaigns, contributing to projects as well as developing relevant in-house capability and influencing the overarching digital strategy.
We know flexibility is important to people and at MPS we want you to have the best work-life balance possible.
This role has a blend of home and office-based working, to suit you and the needs of the business which is typically 2 days per week on-site.
Design and develop digital aspects of integrated marketing campaigns to support delivery of segment and country specific marketing acquisition, engagement and retention targets.
Optimise MPS's websites to improve engagement and conversion.Build email marketing campaigns including automation and analyse the results, including compiling analytics and insights for stakeholders.
Champion best practice for SEO and SEM.
Analyse traffic sources through tracking and analytics to keep improving digital marketing effectiveness.
Recommend strategies to drive online traffic and create goals and benchmarks to meet to support of MPS's vision as most trusted and valued.
Monitor and build knowledge of web-based trends, ensuring MPS is adopting new digital marketing techniques and technologies to remain current and to drive awareness.
Provide digital expertise and implement tracking solutions for MPS's strategic member facing digital marketing projects.Experience in full mix Digital Marketing role
Knowledge of analytics tools and quantitative experience - using data to develop and measure marketing campaigns
Knowledge of, passion and aptitude for digital marketing
Knowledge of on-site / on-page SEO
Knowledge of email marketing and automation best practice
Experience in Ecommerce, PPC and SEO
Up to 10% discretionary annual bonus
