- Manage the strategy and execution of outbound marketing campaigns on Email and LinkedIn for SalesCaptain and our clients
- Create messaging for outbound email, LinkedIn, and SMS campaigns
- Identify, evaluate and test new campaign angles and niches to improve lead quality and increase positive replies
- Build multi-layer lead targeting processes combining multiple data sources to help our Lead Generation team build high-intent prospect lists
- Evaluate campaign performance and recommend optimizations to help achieve our campaign KPIs and improve lead quantity
- Communicate with clients and create reports to showcase progress and results
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
- At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience
- Have an advanced or native level of English (C1-C2)
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Lemlist
- Experience in the Tech, SaaS, Mobile app, or software industry would be an advantage
- Open to SDRs / BDRs with relevant experience
- Ability to work from anywhere in Europe (no more commutes)
