    Assistant Team Administrator - Birmingham, United Kingdom - John Menzies

    Description

    Since that time, we have developed to become a critical partner in the global aviation industry, delivering time-critical logistics services at over 250 locations in 58 countries, across 6 continents.

    Daily data collection ensuring accurate input & corrections (where necessary) and closing out company systems (i6) ready for transmission.

    Maintain flight and sales volume data.
    Arrange visitor passes, both temporary & full (Airport Gateway).
    Create weekly flight data
    Assist manager with monthly pay and overtime
    Archive all sales data, in time order
    Ad Hoc updating manuals – document history
    Record & track annual leave requests
    Taking and typing minutes of meetings

    You will have a responsibility and duty whilst at work to take reasonable care of the health, safety and wellbeing of yourself and others in accordance with provided information, training, and workplace health and safety rules or procedures.
