    Office Manager

    Location - Cheltenham (Central). You must be able to reliably commuteto our Cheltenham offices for this role.

    First and foremost you are an organised and flexible office managerwith some really great experience supporting business executives dayto day. Comfortable working in a quickly changing environment, youwill enjoy the flexibility and development of the role as the companygrows.     What will I spend my day on at Noriker?

    • Closely supporting the directors and senior leadership withadministrative tasks
    • Offerprofessional and efficient 'front of house' service for companyvisitors and customers
    • Help colleaguesand senior staff with diary management including organising meetingsand arranging appointments
    • Preparation ofboard packs and monthly reporting
    • Oversee andnurture the companys administration systems with finesse andefficiency
    • Support yourcolleagues across the business by assisting with drafting andproducing presentations and marketing materials
    • Ensure thesmooth running of Board/Senior Management meetings, including taskssuch as creating agendas, recording minutes, and coordinating actionplans
    • General officemanagement duties, facilities management, travel management, eventsand socials
    • Supportingthe HR Director with HR/People administration

    • Previous Personal or Executive Assistant experience, or experiencesupporting an office in an Office Manager role
    • Greatcommunication with colleagues at all levels of a business
    • You canprioritise work and manage your time well
    • Yourorganisation skills are second to none
    • Multitasking issecond nature to you,
    • Self-motivated,result driven, and can achieve targets independently
    • Highlyefficient in completing tasks with "Can Do" attitude.
    • Ability tomaintain a high level of discretion, confidentiality andprofessionalism
    • Resourceful,well organised and highly dependable
